3 September 2025 - The Quality Management Unit of UiTM Selangor successfully organized the 2025 Operational Excellence (OE) Workshop, with the participation of 55 staff members from 11 Responsibility Centers across campuses. This initiative reflects the staff’s commitment to strengthening a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement at the institutional level.
The workshop also featured a high-impact sharing session by Mr. Darus Kassim, who emphasized the importance of process improvement, its impact on the institution, and the role of each individual in ensuring effective implementation. The insights shared are hoped to further strengthen the commitment of UiTM Selangor staff in supporting the university’s excellence agenda.
