16 October 2025 – In an effort to strengthen effective supervisory capabilities among staff, the Effective Supervision Course was organised by the Administration and Human Resource Department (BPSM) as a platform to enhance leadership skills, strategic communication, and performance monitoring. The programme also emphasised the development of supervisors who are competitive, possess integrity, and are capable of leading by example.
This income generating initiative was attended by 74 participants, comprising 57 UiTM staff members and 17 participants from external agencies including the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM), Kuala Selangor Municipal Council (MPKS), District Islamic Religious Offices (Hulu Langat, Klang, Petaling, and Gombak), as well as the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB).
