
4 November 2025 – The Administration and Human Resources Division organized the e-Meeting System Usage Course aimed at enhancing understanding and proficiency in using UiTM’s e-Meeting System among all secretaries and meeting secretariat members at UCS. This initiative aligns with one of the findings from the UCS Governance and Meeting Management Compliance Audit (APTUm), which identified that the e-Meeting System had not been fully utilized in UCS meeting management.
A total of 36 secretaries and meeting secretariat members participated in the course to improve their competency in meeting management, thereby contributing to more efficient and effective governance practices.
