21 December 2025 – Congratulations to the Casuarina College volunteers and students of the Art and Design Education Programme, Faculty of Education, UiTM Selangor, for achieving a remarkable milestone by being recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) through the Casuarina ArtBeat Programme: Palette of Hope x ADE681 EDU SULAM 2025, held in conjunction with the Selangor State-Level Disability Day Celebration 2025.
The recognition was earned through the collaborative production of batik artworks, involving the creation of over 100 Selangor-inspired batik frames and the participation of 515 persons with disabilities from within and outside Selangor. Proceeds from the artwork sales will benefit the UiTM Disability Care Fund and YANIS, reflecting UiTM Selangor’s commitment to inclusivity and social responsibility.
