26th August 2026 – UiTM Selangor, through Kolej Angsana Casuarina, embarked on an international academic and community outreach initiative, the CASUAWIBAWA International Community Engagement to Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), Indonesia. Comprising 20 students and six accompanying staff members, the mission serves as a vital platform for internationalisation, seamlessly integrating academic collaboration, student leadership development, cross-border community engagement, and entrepreneurial growth.
The programme commenced with the delegation participating in the UiTM x UNY Leadership Exchange (LEADFORWARD FORUM), held in collaboration with the Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences (FIKK) at UNY, to discuss strategic approaches to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among youth. The delegation also undertook benchmarking visits to UNY’s Health and Sport Center (HSC) incubator and UNY Plaza, exploring active business spaces managed by students and alumni while gaining practical insights into a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
