Our highest appreciation goes to YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia for taking the time to visit the Centre of Foundation Studies, UiTM Selangor, Dengkil Campus as part of his Friendly Visit session. The visit by the Prime Minister was warmly welcomed by over 2,000 staff members and students of the Centre of Foundation Studies, along with the senior management of UiTM.
Also accompanying the visit were the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, YB Datuk Ts. Mustapha Sakmud and the Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar. This Friendly Visit witnessed the Prime Minister performing the Friday prayer with more than 1,500 congregants comprising UiTM members and the community from the surrounding areas of Dengkil.
