6 March 2025 – The Industry, Community, Alumni, and Entrepreneurship Relations Division (iCARE), UiTM Selangor conducted a benchmarking visit to PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS), led by Professor Dr Mohd Hafiz Mohd Hanafiah, Deputy Rector of iCARE. The delegation was warmly received by the Chief Commercial Officer of PLUS, Mr Mohd Fauzi Puniran.
The visit aimed to identify best practices in commercial space management, technology empowerment, customer service management and to establish strategic collaboration between UiTM Selangor and PLUS. It is hoped that this visit will provide inspiration and guidance to iCARE in strengthening its operational management system, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of service quality that is more efficient and effective.
