23 October 2024 – The “Hot Chocolate Research Talk Series 3: Micro Industry Hub - Bridging Academic Theory and Industry Applications” program, organized by UiTM Selangor’s Research and Innovation Division with the Corporate Communication Unit, successfully took place. Aimed at translating academic research into marketable products, this event strengthened research-industry connections.
The program attended by 40 participants including Faculty Research Deputy Deans, CoE Lecturers and academic staff, was officiated by Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamad Hafiz Mamat, Deputy Rector (Research and Innovation), representing the Rector. The sharing sessions featured YBrs. Prof. Ir. Dr. Ahmad Sabirin Zoolfaka, Director of the Business Innovation & Technology Commercialisation Centre (BITCOM); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fazlena Hamzah, BITCOM Deputy Director; and Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Fadhlan Hafizhelmi Kamaru Zaman, MIH Head from the College of Engineering and recipient of UiTM’s Top Industry Partner Scholar Award.
