27 November 2024 – The programme “Hot Chocolate Research Talk Series 4: Effective Strategies for Indexed and High-Impact Journal Searches,” organized by the Research and Innovation Division in collaboration with the Corporate Communication Unit of UiTM Selangor (UCS), was successfully conducted. This programme aimed to assist researchers, writers and academics improve the quality of journal writing and maximize the impact of published research findings.
Attended by 40 participants comprising academic staff, the programme was officiated by YBrs. Professor Dr Ahmad Taufek Abdul Rahman, Rector of UCS. The sharing session featured YBrs. Professor Dr Mohd Hafiz Mohd Hanafiah, Professor at the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management and recipient of the Sanjung Sarjana 2024 Top Q1 UiTM 2023 Award, and YBrs. Dr.-Ing Amizon Azizan, Head of the Ethics and Publication Unit, Research Management Centre (RMC).
