2 January 2025 – UiTM Selangor (UCS) was honored to receive a visit from PayNet Malaysia for an engagement session and discussions regarding UCS’s involvement and achievements in the Third Series Digitalization of Campus Programme 2024 (PayNet Digital Campus 3.0).
Welcoming the PayNet representatives and chairing the session was YBrs. Professor Dr Mohd Hafiz Mohd Hanafiah, Deputy Rector for the Industry, Community, Alumni and Entrepreneurship Relations Division (iCARE), together with the UCS management team. During the same session, PayNet was represented by Mr. Firdaus Ghani, Senior Director of the Government Digitalization Division who also presented zakat contributions to be distributed to UCS students. PayNet's initiative in collaboration with the university aims to empower student participation in the digitalization industry, which is hoped to yield positive outcomes and contribute to the nation’s progress.
