14 March 2025 – The Application of Organisational Behaviour to Facilitate Mental Health at the Workplace: A Manager's Secret course organised by the Administration and Human Resource Division (BPSM) in collaboration with the Faculty of Business and Management was successfully conducted. The course was attended by 40 participants, comprising UiTM Selangor (UCS) officers and Faculty/College Administration Heads at UCS.
Present to welcome the participants and deliver the opening speech was Ms. Alfina Bakar K.M.N, CHRM, Senior Deputy Chief Registrar of UCS. The course was facilitated by Dr. Gouri A. Domnic Jacob, a Senior Lecturer from the Faculty of Business and Management, who has over 20 years of expertise in Organisational Behaviour, Management Skills, and Strategic Management. This course aimed to enhance administrators’ and department heads’ understanding of mental health issues in the workplace while strengthening their ability to apply the correct Organisational Behaviour (OB) approaches to prevent mental health challenges among their staff.
